- To continuously assess market potential for expansion or new business opportunity
- Source and on-board appropriate locations in prioritized cities
- Create/Negotiate on ground commercial agreements
- Agreements and documents execution
- Site handover to project team
- Conduct mandatory health and safety and maintenance checks in their cluster, reporting issues or concerns
- Visiting potential sites and sharing feedback along with coordinating with the relevant stakeholder for setting up new site
- Relationship Development , Acquisition & Revenue
- Ensure revenue generation and growth on a monthly basis.
- Key Accounts: Ensuring client satisfaction.
- Ownership: Act as owner internally.
