Responsibilities
- This is an individual contributor role and doesn't involve team management.
- As a sales hunter, drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
- Showcase high-tech learning solutions as a strategic fit for the customer
- Organization through workshops, boot camps and strategy meets.
- Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking
- Navigate around sales barriers of entry & ability to sell through pricing compression and maintain high margins on new sales Maintain high awareness of relevant domain knowledge, the competitive landscape, market pricing and strategy in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects from cold call to drafting & delivering proposals
- Strong skills in prospecting, replacing an incumbent vendor, and protecting the installed base
