Role:
Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales.
JD:
1. Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
2. Planning and preparing presentations.
3. Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
4. Overseeing the development of marketing literature.
5. Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
6. Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
7. Educates sales team in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support.
8. Holds regular meeting with sales team and provide management with feedback.
