New and exclusive brands should drive new customers to platform, increment sales and margin for the category and rapidly expand and grow our selection from around the world.   - The person who joins the leadership team in this position must share our passion and commitment for serving our customers. He or she will be responsible for signing the right mix of new brands, adding exclusive selection, smart pricing, driving margin improvements and delivering top notch customer experience.   Responsibilities :   This person will have responsibility for :   - Charting out exclusive strategy for particular category   - Person responsible will lay down business approach, process to close deals, road map and goals.   - Identifying trendsetter ideas by researching industry, related events, developments and announcements   - Building exclusive brand/product portfolio by locating, developing, negotiating and closing business relationships with identified opportunities.   - Person responsible will screen potential deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options considering internal priorities.   - Pitching to prospective brands and provide pre-sales support to scope, create, and drive proposals, business cases, and responds to brands- business requirements   - Building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within external companies   - Managing the deals pipeline, directly interfacing with prospective brands executive teams to facilitate all stages of proposal closure and execution   - Working with all relevant cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, implementation and execution of objectives. This will require working closely with internal category, marketing, cross-site and support teams.   Basic Qualifications :   - Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results   - Strong business judgement with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management.   - Ability to think strategically and tactically, with excellent attention to detail   - Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment   - Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are essential   - A track record of success in past roles   - Candidate must be fluent in English   - 2.5+ years of relevant experience in sales manager / business development/account manager/vendor manager role desired   The position will be based in Amazon's office in Bangalore.   Preferred Qualifications :   - Master's degree is preferred   - Experience in Consumer facing sectors such as Banking, Retail, FMCG, Consulting is preferred  Gaurav (M:- +91-9650972244) / Nishant (M:- +91-7503123124)
