Functional Responsibility / Domain Related

Business development of domestic research offerings for Automotive Clients across allocated geographies spanning the following activities:

- New client acquisition

- Cross-selling/up-selling to existing clients to grow wallet share

- Managing existing relationship with key clients across hierarchy

- Develop strong understanding of the offerings and do impactful pitch to the clients

- Should be able to independently identify relevant contact points, network and interact at senior management level with clients and prospects

- Basic understanding of finance and sector analysis

- Should be well-read with adequate knowledge of industry happenings to be able to do effective senior management interactions

- Will be responsible for feedback on product verticals and identification of trends and new business opportunities

- Coordinate with the analytical/execution team to help develop new products and services

Process Adherence

- Should be responsible for lead generation and maintaining a healthy pipeline.

- Presales - Demo, respond to EOIs, RFPs, prepare proposals etc.

- Provide inputs for and develop collaterals

- Contract negotiation & closing

- Communication to client on franchise elements

Skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Ability to connect with the clients, quick thinker

- Innovative and solution orientation

- Ability to manage performance under stringent timelines

Experience and Qualification:

Experience: 5-9 yrs

Qualification: Post graduate (any specialization) from a Tier I/II management institute
