POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Business Development Manager is charged with developing key agency and direct accounts. This person will be responsible for maintaining and winning new business, and taking ownership of the entire client relationship - driving value in accounts by assisting clients with strategic direction, budget/spend optimization, and reporting. Primary duties include:
- New Business Development: Develop and manage highly ambitious pipeline of sales prospects, involving significant cold calling, relationship building and bringing through the entire sales cycle.
- Social and Video Industry Knowledge: Staying on top of all best practices for ad creation and targeting. Understanding the competition and ever changing client goals within social advertising industry.
- Product Development Support: Coordination with the product team in order to inform product improvements and needs. These improvements will include, but are not limited to, reporting growth and data automation.
- Planning & Reporting: Do own sales planning, reporting and ad hoc analysis to drive insight, discipline and revenue growth.
- Networking: Attend key events and/ or make speeches to generate leads and keep Company profile as the best, most innovative, highest ROI social and video advertising platform.
CANDIDATE OVERVIEW:
The successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident leader with at least:
- Must have experience working in the online advertising industry
- Must have strong experience in and proven record of closing new business
- Fluent in English, fluency in other languages an advantage
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
