Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies through various digital channels (e., LinkedIn, email marketing, content marketing).
- Identify and qualify potential B2B clients based on specific criteria.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Digital Sales & Negotiation:
- Utilize digital sales techniques and tools to engage with prospects and convert them into paying customers.
- Conduct effective online meetings and presentations to showcase our products or services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Foster long-term partnerships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on lead generation and digital sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
