Job Summary :
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Bangalore.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our Credit Card and Credit Line UPI portfolio through strategic partnerships and effective sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development :
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive business growth and expand the CC, CL-UPI portfolio.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and untapped opportunities for CC, CL-UPI products.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve set revenue targets and acquire new accounts.
Operations and Performance :
- Design and implement efficient collection strategies to ensure timely payments and minimize delinquencies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement cross-selling strategies to increase product penetration and market share.
- Ensure consistent customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores of 4.5 and above.
Qualifications and Experience :
- MBA with 6-8 years of experience in relevant roles within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, and relationship management.
- Strong understanding of credit card and credit line products, including regulatory requirements and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners and clients.
