Business Development Manager - Cosmetics

Job Description :

- Achieve sales targets for key accounts by self . Manage smaller salons thro Distributor sales man

- Appointment, Management and servicing distributors. Active involvement in order booking, supply, service & collection

- Manage and service customers - Salons and Spas. Active involvement in order booking, supply and service

- Intensive field work and supporting the training team in demonstrations and trials

- Expand distribution strength across City and sub-urbs by actively working on availability of products and service

- Effective team management (sales executives & training team)

Responsibilities & Goals :

- Primary (Distributor) & Secondary (salon) Sales Targets

- Order fulfillment

- Servicing Salons (training requirement, in salon displays etc.)

- Manage a team and will have his/her own key accounts

Background :

- Good Communication Skills (must be able to converse in English and Hindi. )

- Relevant work experience in Salon Industry is preferred but not a must. Minimum experience 7 to 10 years
