Business Development Manager - Consulting

Our Client, a leading Global HR Consulting firm across Asia Pacific and North America, is hiring a Business Development Manager.

The person:

- MBA (full time) with 7-12 years experience in Professional Services Consulting

- Could be from either Management Consulting, Financial advisory, HR consulting, IT Consulting or Small boutique investment banking

- Must have handled individual revenue target of above 1 Cr p/a.

- Exposure to start up or international consulting exposure preferred.

- Good stability in the previous organization

The Role:

- Would be responsible for handling the entire HR consulting Services business.

- Would be interacting with C-Level executives of challenger Brands.

- Would be a hunter/originator

Location: Mumbai

Salary Bracket: Currently drawing 18-20 lacs
