Looking for Target driven and energetic Business Development Managers to enhance Revenue by adding new clients both Domestic / International in the Design / Engineering domains.
Responsibilities:
1. Market analyses, identify Business opportunities & and new markets, and understand client's requirements.
2. Generate a Domain-wise Database of clients and competitors.
3. Networking ability with good Presentation and Proposal making skill to increase client base
4. Client engagement and Relationship Management Skills with a wide Network.
5. Identify JV Partners, Master Service Agreement, and Negotiating skills for outsourcing.
6. Enhance Revenue to drive new Business.
7. Provide lead and liaisoning from pre-tender to Contract award for all upcoming projects.
8. Follow up Expression of Interest (EOI), Arrange tie up, and Source Key professionals for shortlisting.
9. Identify and Lead responses to RFPs and sales presentations.
10. Enlist approved Vendors with Local, State, Central Authorities and MNCs
11. Promote the services and products for GIS Applications, automated tools, alignment sheet generators etc.
12. Assistance in making Proposals, Presentations, Tendering, Operations, and Liaison with clients.
13. Touch base with market trends, and attend conferences, meets, and industry events.
Requirements:
1. Excellent written/oral communication skills, Computer Savvy, Judgement, Fairness, and accommodating pleasingly to interact with Clients, Colleagues, and Team Members.
2. MBA in Business and marketing, preferably with a Degree in Civil Engineering, Geo-informatics/ Remote Sensing from a recognized institute (Full-time regular course) with a consistent average academic performance of 60%.
3. 5 - 7 years of proven experience in Business development related to core competence such as Highways, Water Resources, Geospatial products, Geotechnical Engineering, etc.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, Team / People Leadership skills, Good Problem-solving / Analytic skills
5. Ability to communicate and maintain good relationships with clients/authorities
6. Willing to travel all over India
