Major/Key Responsibilities :
- Seeks out, finds and wins new business focusing on recurring and sustainable revenue
- Negotiates and secures favourable terms for Company's in the deals
- Develops and maintains strong customer relationships with target Accounts utilizing multi-level representation by Company's and high involvement in customer liaison
- Provides leadership, motivation, coaching and support to the sales team on sales processes in acquiring new customers, proposals, negotiation, major deals, in order to build the regional sales capability
- Maintain consistent, timely and high quality management reporting meeting requirements of the business
- As a member of the Sales Management Team, contribute to team effectiveness and overall business strategies and directions.

Qualifications :
- Marketing, Business, or Commercial tertiary qualifications highly regarded
Experience :
- A track record of high performance in sales roles with - 5 years selling experience
- Experience in consultative selling, Concept selling & corporate sales is desirable
- Experience in activity based sales processes is desirable
