Job Purpose :
- The Business Development Manager is responsible for implementing business development strategy, identify new business opportunities, maintaining key relationships and meet the projected revenue generation.
- The BDM should first and foremost understand that this role has two key fundamentals - Managing and developing existing client relationships into various projects & Generating new business for the company.
Job Description :
- Identifying new business opportunities, maintaining key relationships with clients. Tapping Corporates, HNI clients and establishing relations.
- Develop Corporate presentations and proposals to meet client needs.
- Preparing Business Development Plans and setting up strategies to meet the set targets and objectives, revenue generation and enhance profitability.
- Visiting new Corporates (Commercial & Retail) on regular basis for lead generation and converting leads to revenue.
- Develop and maintain cordial relationship with PBG's to generate leads.
- Facilitate cross selling across states.
- Expanding channel business by sourcing new clients.
- Making service level calls to high end clients to check satisfaction level.
- Build up relations with the company to share leads on corporate loans and lease rental business.
- Building referral and lead generation network on new projects launched and develop business plan.
Interacting closely with RSM's for conversion of leads and revenue generation and update on the developments.
Qualifications :
- MBA degree with 4 to 8 yrs experience. Industry knowledge and proven revenue generation and sales experience.
Skills required :
- Strong writing, communication & presentation skills.
- Strong client management skills. Business plan & report writing skills.
- Confident negotiator and ability to close deals.
- Result driven & Ability to flourish in a competitive environment
- Finance and Business acumen. Clear strategic mindset with analytical focus
- Relationship building.
- Marketing and product development skills
- Computer basics and knowledge of the Internet.
- Ability to travel intrastate, interstate and internationally.
