Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in colleges and universities, including academic institutions, department heads, and administrators. - Establish partnerships and collaboration opportunities with educational institutions. Market Research: - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to make informed business decisions. - Analyze customer needs and preferences to adapt sales strategies and product offerings. Sales Execution: - Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales cycle. - Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition. Sales Targets: - Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring the team achieves and exceeds goals. - Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
