As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for hunting large accounts and driving new business growth.


What you will do:


- Proactively identifying, targeting, and pursuing new business opportunities with a focus on large accounts.


- Developing and executing strategies to generate new revenue streams for the company.


- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.


- Conducting presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our capabilities and value proposition.


- Meeting and exceeding revenue targets by closing deals with new clients.


- Developing and executing sales plans to achieve annual revenue goals.


- Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.


- Using market intelligence to identify potential clients and tailor sales strategies accordingly.


- Working closely with the marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with

overall company objectives.


- Providing insights from client interactions to enhance product/service offerings.


- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including pipelines, forecasts, and

closed deals.


- Providing regular reports to management on sales performance.


What you need to have:


- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, with a focus on hunting for large accounts.


- Prior experience in the agency space is highly preferred.


- Demonstrated track record of generating at least 2-3 crore annual revenue from new business.


- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.


- Excellent communication and presentation skills.


- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.


- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
