Educational Qualification: BE/ B Tech in Printing Technology & Similar OR MBA in Printing Technology /Marketing/Operations is preferable

Work Experience: 1-3+ years of working experience in Sales within the Book Printing or Publication industry.

- Smart, confident & presentable for this BD position, which requires frequent travelling & meeting senior professionals.

- Knowledge of solution selling, especially in the content space, is advantageous.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a command of the local language (Kannada), are required.

- Open to travel within the assigned territory to increase the client base at the B2B level.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite with well-versed in Excel and presentation skills.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team with effective time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Key Deliverables:

- Drive Business Development/Sales activities in the designated territory for book printing/publications, and related products.

- Achieve annual revenue and volume targets for book printing.

- Generate realistic sales forecasts and meet sales targets consistently.

- Build & nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Manage the entire sales cycle, including initial meetings, quotation preparation, follow-ups, negotiation, and closure.

- Demonstrate a proven track record of sales success and a proactive, go-getter attitude.

- Develop a deep understanding of each sales prospect, including their buying behaviors, organizational influences, and decision-making processes.

- Provide leadership to key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and coordinating with production teams to meet client supply schedules.

- Responsible for timely payment collection from clients
