Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Blockchain and Web3 space.
- Conduct Market Research to identify potential Clients, Partners, and Industry trends.
- Develop and execute Business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
2. Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with hyper scalers, such as Azure, AWS, GCP, as well as Blockchain protocols, and large technology companies.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at partner organizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define partnership objectives, negotiate agreements, and ensure successful execution of partnerships.
- Drive joint Marketing and Sales initiatives with partners to maximize mutual benefits and market exposure.
3. Industry Networking and Thought Leadership:
- Represent the Company at Industry events, conferences, and meetups to build a strong network and enhance brand visibility.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the Blockchain and Web3 space.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by sharing insights, publishing articles, or speaking at relevant industry events.
4. Relationship Management:
- Nurture and maintain long-term relationships with existing Clients and Partners.
- Provide exceptional Customer service, address any concerns or issues, and ensure Client satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures when necessary.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Strategic partnerships, or a related role in the Blockchain, Web3, or Technology Industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Blockchain technology, Web3 concepts, and the decentralized ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of Hyper scaler Cloud services, Blockchain protocols, and large technology companies.
- Demonstrated track record in driving revenue growth and establishing successful partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work Independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving industry.
