Salary : ( 8-11L ) Includes fixed component plus performance-linked variable component, we are based in Whitefield, Bangalore.

We are on the lookout for a smart Business Development professional with a proven track record in a B2B environment, and is excited at the prospect of being one of the key hires and can take onus of making strategic tie ups for the organisation. Responsibilities will range from identifying prospect clients to closing the tie up with them.

Job Overview :

We are looking for a professional who is experienced in selling services to senior stakeholders ( HR heads / founders ) within an organization.

- Responsible for new business development, and processing and closing new leads. Ensure that BD targets are met as per the plan/forecast

- Formulate plans and strategies for expanding sales. Create a robust pipeline of opportunities, while growing, maintaining, and leveraging his/her industry network

- Diligently work on assigned new business opportunities and leads. Identify potential users of services, and the key influencers / decision makers within the Client organization

- Continuously identify new potential Clients within & outside India, and devise strategies to reach out to them and generate interest using the traditional approach (networking, cold calling, cold emailing, advertising etc.) or innovative online channels/media

- Develop presentations, and set up meetings with the potential Clients

- Participate in pricing the service/solution. Handle Client questions/queries/objections appropriately

- Keep a close track of the market and the competitors. Use the knowledge to stay ahead of the competition, develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators

We need a go-getter who is passionate about working in a start-up culture, has the enthusiasm and the ability to multi-task while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities :

- 3 to 8 years Business Development experience in a B2B environment

- Thorough knowledge of B2B sales pipeline management

- Strong research orientation to continuously identify potential Clients within & outside India

- Excellent cold calling & convincing skills

- Excellent written and oral communication

- Strong relationship orientation

- Self-driven and hungry for success
