Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) - E-Waste Management

About Us:

A leading e-waste management company focused on sustainable and innovative electronic waste solutions is seeking to hire BDM.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.

- Identify and secure new business opportunities.

- Build and maintain client relationships in the ITAD, e-waste, and IT hardware/software sectors.

- Conduct market research to understand industry trends.

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

- Negotiate and close sales deals.

- Collaborate with marketing for promotional activities.

- Provide regular sales reports.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field.

- 3-5 years of sales experience in ITAD, e-waste management, or IT hardware/software.

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and travel as needed.

Preferred :

- B2B sales experience.

- Familiarity with CRM tools.

- Knowledge of e-waste regulations.
