We are looking for self driven professional who is energetic, confident and thrives on challenges. An out of the box thinker who can work on new strategies and initiatives to offer our EAP services to corporates.

Minimum Eligibility

- Minimum 2 years of corporate sales experience

- Bachelors in marketing business or equivalent

Responsibility

- To acquire corporate client by actively optimizing pipelines.

- Sourcing new lead through an omni channel approach.

- Maintain relationship with existing client and finding opportunities to upsell.

- Conduct market research analyze competition landscape, the efficiency of sales strategy etc.)

- Achieve forecasted sales goal.

- Set demo session with the potential customer to convert.

- Designing proposal best suited to client needs.

- Handling the key B2B communication of the company - LinkedIn and Twitter handles

- Onboard customers and keep the communication alive.

- Proposing sales and marketing strategies.

Requirement and Skills

- Bachelors in marketing, business or equivalent

- MBA is a plus

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
