Responsibilities:
- Export Strategy Development: Formulate and implement export sales strategies for NIPHA Farm Solutions, with a primary focus on the African market at first.
- Market Expansion: Identify and explore new markets for the company's agricultural machinery, expanding beyond Africa when feasible.
- R&D Collaboration: Work closely with R&D team to develop and innovate product.
- Team Work: Work with senior leadership (Executive Director) to formulate short, medium and long term strategy
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, dealers, and clients to drive sales growth.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all export regulations, including documentation, shipping, and legal requirements for each target market.
- Sales Targets: Set and achieve export sales targets, aligning with the company's overall growth objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand regional needs, competition, and potential barriers to entry.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the manufacturing, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of export operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 4-7 years of experience in B2B Industrial sales
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the African market and its business environment.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics.
- Adaptability: Ability to travel extensively and adapt to different cultural environments.
