Company Description - We are hiring for our client a Leading Pharma Trading company.
Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (API).
- As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities related to API and Intermediaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly communicate with existing customers and suppliers for business development.
- Ability to generate market intelligence and devise market strategies for product campaigns.
- Generate new customer databases of the pharmaceutical industry start communication and arrange personal meetings on suitability.
- Maintaining intellectual property on Clients and products.
- Ability to develop and maintain short to long-term strategic forecasts and plans to increase efficiency and profit.
Skills:
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must have a strong marketing/chemistry background for generating market intelligence and devising product campaigns.
- Ability to work in various time zones at suitable times for international business requirements
- Must have strong fluent English, (Spanish preferable for the Latin American market)
- Should have adept knowledge of Computers, MS Office and Google Suite.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of pharma and chemical industry.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional objectives.
- Uses rigorous analytics for faster decision-making.
- Develop new insights into issues and examine them from different angles.
Qualifications / Experience:
- 2-3 years in business development/marketing for the pharmaceutical industry. (API / intermediate sales experience preferred).
- Graduate/Master's degree in marketing/pharmacy/chemistry.
- Any other foreign language (Spanish) other than English would be a plus point.
