Job Summary

We are looking for Business Development Lead to drive business collaborations and growth of BharatAgri. You will be involved in strategizing and implementing strategic tie ups for direct business growth.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a strategy.

Job Responsibilities -

- Driving the business associations and institutional tie-ups for BharatAgri

- Driving corporate engagements

- Establishing the value proposition for BharatAgris technology for agri value-chain

- Setting a vision for Business Development with strong planning and organized work culture

- Taking care of BharatAgri brand development

- Building comprehensive business development plan to increase awareness across existing and potential partners, associations etc.

Requirements

- Masters degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline

- Minimum 4 Years of experience in various business development positions, Start-up experience preferred

- Experience of working for varied business partners finance, supply chain, government etc.

- Comfortable in working for rural segment business development partners

- Strategic leadership: able to understand, solve and execute on organization-level problems while reaching for big, bold goals

- Strong team-player: we work as a small, tightly-knit team and you should be self-starting and motivated to build things

- Scrappy, experimental and excited about a fast-paced start-up environment

- Strong commitment to our mission and using technology to make a difference

- Excellent communication skills
