About our Client - Our client is a top tier Banking BPO which operates across the globe. As a global employer of choice, they currently employ over a quarter of a million people worldwide. Their customers include the largest banks across US, Europe and Asia and are looking to hire a Business Development lead in the Commercial Lending business.

Job Description: Reporting to the Head of Commercial Leading, you will be responsible for:

- Building and defining the components of the Commercial Lending Offering

- Acquiring customers to outsource their Commercial lending Back-office operations

- Pricing and designing the Commercial models

- Defining Target Customer base across geographies

- Bench marking and undertaking comparative study of the offerings available in the market

- Creating demand for Commercial lending BPO offerings by understanding customers requirements & structuring solutions to meet the same

The Successful Candidate :

- You will be a graduate with a total of over 15 years of experience preferably both in Business Development and Operations for the Global Commercial Lending business for US Markets.

- You will be a SME and well versed with the lifecycle of Commercial Lending, Leasing, Loan syndication or Consortium finance, Project finance and Structured lending products.

- You will have a hands on leadership style and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- You will have the ability to influence and drive stakeholders and be adaptive particularly to cultural diversity.
