Roles and Responsibilities :
Business Development :
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Proactively seek new avenues to penetrate clients and attract prospects.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Client activities include client development, meeting sales objectives, obtaining requisitions/job orders, building relationships, penetrating client accounts.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Works closely with the project team to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
- Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Client Partner or Managing Partner of any problems that may arise. Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work at existing clients.

- Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met.
- Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the Client Partner
- Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.
- Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Key Accounts Engagement :
- To liaise with clients and talent acquisition specialist (recruiter), build and develop relationships.
- To ensure the deliverables, SLA and TATs are adhered to by the team.
- To manage corporate partnership maximizing potential business.
- To effectively solve problems and manage risk to ensure achievement of targets.
- To prepare presentations, proposals, plans, contact reports as necessary.
- To ensure that all revenue is efficiently recorded and provide analysis using the organisational database and structure.
- Establish and build effective and productive relationships between the client and the delivery (recruitment team) and act as an interface to encounter any challenges and feedback.
