- Evaluate current customers and identify potential customers that compliment current customer parameters
- Plan, monitor, implement and evaluate the strategic growth plans in order to increase the business revenues
- Counseling potential clients and converting them into sales
- Managing ERP, enrolment reporting and monthly sales report
- Providing sales inputs
- Coordinating with the sales and marketing team
- Planning marketing strategies, implementing and addressing the proposed plans to the marketing team
- Monitoring and reporting the marketing plans
- Actively participating in the marketing activities
- Interact with customers and prospects on a personal level via telephone, seminars and other interpersonal business communication media
- Coordinate the marketing functions successfully towards maintaining the current customer base and acquiring potential customers
- Play a major role in the seminars conducted by the company
- Maintaining database and extracting references from existing customers
- Promoting client’s knowledge products
- Managing the financial transactions made through product sales
- Meeting the goals of the company by achieving the designated targets through client counseling, marketing and promotional activities
- Lead the marketing team in sales of products
- Conducting weekly sales meetings for sales improvement
