Business Development - Investment Banking - Across Sectors

Looking for a position in Investment Banking - Business Development (Across Sector) in Mumbai.

Job Description : The candidate will be expected to :

- Originate, due diligence, structuring and execution of deals

- Client and Investor relationship management, negotiation, documentation and closure.

- Establishing strong relations with Promoters / Management of Corporates

- Excellent hands on experience in Equity Market (Private Equity & Capital Market), Risk Assessment, Cash Flow Modeling and Business Valuations, Budget development and management.

Candidate Requirement :

- Looking out for candidate with minimum 4 years in Investment Banking space, MBA finance or CA
