Business Development Head - Strategy & Operations - Aqua Culture

A company in the aquaculture and fish feed industry is looking for a senior incumbent to come onboard the leadership team as a business development professional.

Role :

- Responsible for overall operations, profitability and sustainability of the feed sales business. Identify potential business opportunities, develop sales strategy, enhance dealer and distribution network, focus on organization brand and product promotions, and strengthen the internal process and team development. Set Regional Goals, and provide direction and support to achieve them.

Key Role & Responsibilities :

- Develop and propose an overall business strategy.

- Set Region-wise Sales Targets & Dealer strategy.

- Propose a unique marketing strategy by region.

- Identify the new areas for business development.

- Develop Internal Sales Operational Processes.

- Propose and strengthen the credit control process.

- Develop a strategy for branding and promotional activities.

- Ensure the guidance and support to the team members.

- Motivate the team leaders to achieve target region-wise.
