Business Development Head - Investment Banking

Looking for a position in Investment Banking - Business Head (Across Sector) in Mumbai.

Job Description :

- Understanding and analyzing Balance Sheet and financial data provided by clients.

- Strategizing for raising / restructuring of resources for clients.

- Making effective high pitch presentation to Companies.

- Making presentations at Seminar, Industry Bodies & Associations.

- Working closely with clients on funding feasibility, financial modelling, business planning. Funding options includes INR & Foreign currencies option to meet requirements of Capital, Acquisitions, Restructuring, Project Funding and Working Capital.

- Establishing strong relations with Promoters / Management of Corporates

- Motivating and Managing Teams to achieve Group business targets.

Candidate profile :

- Minimum 8 - 12 years of experience in the area of Corporate Finance, Business planning and financial modelling for new projects.

- Excellent hands on experience in Equity Market (Private Equity & Capital Market), Risk Assessment, Cash Flow Modeling and Business Valuations, Budget development and management.

- Exposure to raise huge sums of Capital (Equity and Debt) to fund growth plans of the company

- Proficient skills on MS Excel and other MS Office Utilities, working in Paperless Environment
