Job Description
Overview - The role is a great business development lead role, with a strong focus on building a strong Marketplace supply base for Cult.fit. The successful candidate for this high-impact role will be a self-starter with a passion for business development, problem-solving, and strong on-ground experience in building businesses.
Responsibilities-
- Manage a team of business development managers
- Identifying the right supply strategy and execution for the Marketplace business (existing fitness centers) with a team, pan India.
- Ensuring the success of onboarded partners, viz. (revenue, engagement, and onboarding and retention on the platform) working with cross-functional teams.
- Ensuring continuous margin improvements for the business while delivering top-notch in-center customer experience.
- He/she must be an effective leader and communicator working with our most important partners, as well as with internal colleagues and groups.
- He/she will have strong business judgment with a track record of strong ownership values and relationship management skills.
Requirements
Experience preference-
- An understanding of Marketplace businesses
- Strong business development experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- Work experience is preferred (6-8 years) in business development\
- Proven negotiation skills, and influencing abilities
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Experience in project ownership and using customer data to identify and prioritize opportunities.
