Business Development Executive
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Work in an assigned territory/geography to identify and develop accounts
- Introduce client's services across various stakeholders in the accounts assigned to you by positioning the relevant Client Business Unit based on the clients business area.
- Profile clients to create a compelling value proposition for the client to work with us before calling.
- Generate leads, qualify the leads and work with concerned internal stakeholders to move them to a logical conclusion
- Strengthen the brand equity within and beyond the core industry sector.
- Build client relationship to upsell & cross-sell
Essential :- Graduates / Post Graduates with proven professional sales experience of 2-3 years, with a strong track record of success and passion to sell
- Self-motivated to individually identify/generate/exploit new business opportunities and nurture existing accounts is essential.
- A consultative sales approach, with the ability to conduct detailed business needs analysis.
- The confidence to present to senior business stakeholders within client organizations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with complete fluency in English language.
