Job Description :
- Has Implemented Turnkey Recruitment process to cater large Volume of requirements from
Business.
- Mentoring and motivating recruiters on sourcing relevant profiles, managing candidate relationships.
- Handling End to end Sales Management involving lead generation via cold calling, face-to-face customer meetings , discovery & demo , deal structuring & negotiation.
- Responsible for IT / Non-IT Requirements Key account management.
- Successful completion of BD Process Flow, which includes; Industry Survey, Generation of Leads, Making Physical Calls, Presentation to the Clients.
Note : Candidate having an experience into BD from Recruitment sector or IT sector can apply.
We are looking for a Person who has : 2+ year of experience.
