JOB TITLE: Business Development Director - International Business Division

Primary Responsibilities:

Independently Generate New Business Leads:

- Independently identify new clientele through a multi-channel approach, including but not limited to email communication, cold calling, connecting with clients on social media platforms, and attending conferences to connect with new clients.

- Independently pitch the services of Hansa Research to potential clients.


Servicing Existing Clients:

- Enhance current relationships with existing clients from the APAC region to increase revenue contribution.

Quotation Management:

- Prepare quotations and proposals based on RFQ (Request for Quotation) / RFP (Request for Proposal) provided by clients.

Achieve Targets:

- Be directly responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly & annual targets.

Multi-Country Quotation Management:

- Service quotation/proposal requests for research from internal teams and clients across more than 88 countries in APAC, Africa, South America, North America, the Middle East, and Europe.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

- The essential skills/competencies this position should have in order to accomplish the job results and to perform the job duties.

- Eg Communication Skills- Written + Oral; Presentation Skills - Written + Oral etc.

- Proven record of accomplishment in business development, particularly in the APAC region.

- Exceptional written and spoken communication abilities.

- A positive mindset and a strong focus on achieving revenue targets.

- Excellent at identifying and converting leads into business opportunities.

- Sound understanding of the market to identify business potential.

- Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite applications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION/S REQUIRED: Graduate, Post-graduate preferred

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (in yrs): Minimum of 8 - 15 years of experience in Business development Role in the Market Research Space

CTC (in lacs) 12 L - 20 L (basis the experience and expertise of the candidate)

Other requirement : Should have experience in Business development role for the APAC Region or other International Markets

Preferred work experience in Market Research agency specialized in Business Development & 90-100% primary research sales experience
