Job Description:
As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients. Your primary responsibilities will include cold calling, lead generation, and lead validation to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and qualify leads.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Generate the revenue as per the targets assigned.
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and key performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role from HRMS / Human resources services industry is must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
- Ability to validate and qualify leads effectively.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
