About the company: A leading International BPO.
Job Location: Mumbai
Designation: Manager/ Sr. Manager- Business Development
Job Specifications:
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Sales and Marketing with minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in BPO/ITES(particularly voice processess) Sector in domestic market.
Job Description:
- Responsible for hunting new accounts, building pipeline, book revenues from domestic market markets.
- Preferably handling voice processess for BFSI or multiple sectors including BFSI.
- Minimum experience of 5-10 years in BD.
- Responsible for sales, client acquisition and client relatioship management in domestic market.
- Should have done a client facing role.
Scope of Function: Business development in the service lines: Outbound / Inbound Contact Centers Services (voice processes for BFSI )
Desired Skill sets:
- The incumbent should have managed multiple domestic transitions on new clients win.
- Front End Sales is a must.
- Flair for Business Development and networking.
- Exposure to the entire Sales life-cycle including prospecting, lead qualification, requirement understanding, proposal presentation and sales closure.
