We are looking for street-smart individuals who can become evangelists for our product and fuel our rapid growth. This role acts as the foundation in helping Lynk achieves its objective of empowering businesses and individuals to redefine how they transport goods within Indian cities.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for actively building up Lynk's supply and demand network by signing up driver partners and SME's on to the Lynk platform. This includes online and offline research to create and target top customers.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits to partners while contributing to the sales strategy, sales pitch, and CRM strategy
- Bringing collective market insights and competitive intelligence to senior leadership to help shape overall business strategy
- Actively generate, maintain and follow-up on leads/references
- Create and achieve sales-oriented metrics on a regular basis.
- Achieve turnover & profit targets, and have a keen focus on achieving the supply & demand target.
- Compile and analyse sales figures and report progress directly to senior management.

- Highly motivated hustler you bring high energy to the team,you're comfortable with spending significant time out in the field, and willing to do whatever it takes to achieve rapid Lynk growth in a city
- Analytical and inherently curious .You naturally have a habit of questioning the status quo, you strive to understand what makes our customers tick and can swiftly adapt your strategies on the fly
- People's person. You're an outright extrovert and a natural charmer. Setting up meetings, building relationships and trust, making cold calls, inspiring our stakeholders that's your jam.
- You're passionate about technology and the impact it could have on all of us
- You're disciplined, target oriented and have a work stamina that is unmatched; given our bold ambitions, this is not a role for comfort seekers
- Ideally have experience of 2 years in sales, business development or related roles
