JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Constant research and pursue leads and identify hotels which can be acquired
- Meet property owners and sell Vision of providing comfortable stays for many
- Build a joint business plan with the property owners in order to have a profitable business association
- Periodic review of the SLAs signed off with the property owners
- Liaise with the key stake holders from lead generation to onboarding the hotel
- Update key market trends and real estate developments in the designated area
- Resolve issues arising between Property Owners, Transformation Team & Operations Team
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Minimum of 2-5 years- experience in Business Development/ Acquisition/ Channel Sales role
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Mature, professional and has ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with clients
- High degree of ownership, roll-up-your-sleeve attitude & willingness to get task completed
- Comfortable working in cross-functional setups requiring the candidate to collaborate with multiple teams locally as well as globally
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Willingness to learn Foreign language as per requirement
- Willing to relocate to an International location
- Keeping them abreast of current Technologies

- Internal: Business Development Head, Hub Head, Operations Team, Transformation Team, Central Team
- External: Property Owners, Real Estate Brokers
