It has been founded by alumnus of the premier B-schools including MDi Gurgaon. The founding team has decades of experience working with companies in education sector and other global companies.

- They are a pioneer in using Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality to aid teaching. The co offers e-learning courses for Indian as well as global curriculum. It also offers assessment architectures and skill development courses. The company is a trailblazer in the gamification of education. After establishing themselves in the B2B domain, they are now on the verge of doing an aggressive launch and push for a B2C product that makes use of AR and VR to provide an enhanced learning experience to the K-8 segment.

- As the Business Development & Alliances Manager, you will be responsible for the conception and implementation of the business development strategy, leading the pursuit of large and complex new business opportunities to meet the organization's annual revenue targets.

The other responsibilities will be as follows:

- Developing business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in industry

- Prospecting relentlessly to build pipeline and building strong personal relationships with prospects

- Developing sales and marketing strategies focusing on profitability

- Nurturing existing clients and developing new accounts

- Maintaining relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance

- Evaluating and recommending potential business partners

- Tracking and reporting sales progress

- Staying involved in industry events

- Creating reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status

- Developing and maintaining Customer Relationship Management with progress and sales opportunities

- Preparing proposals with estimate of work scope and price

- Preparing and leading client presentations

- Developing and executing on a strategic plan for the territory and documenting and distributing competitive information

- Managing end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, and payment

collection, result tracking and troubleshooting

Candidate Profile:

- Demonstrable industry experience of 2 - 4 years in B2B/Corporate Sales

- Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making and persuade others

- Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company products against

direct and indirect competitors

- Demonstrated ability to find, manage and close high-level business in an evangelist sales environment

- Powerful organization skills, ability to manage teams, build relationships, and negotiate effectively

- Excellent Communication Skills
