Business Development/Acquisition Role - Asset Reconstruction Firm
Job Description:
- Deal Execution: Preparing collaterals including detailed financial model, investor memorandum, valuation materials, data book with analysis & insights etc.
- Deal evaluation, coordination for diligence & valuation, closure/execution (in compliance with policies & regulation) after approvals.
- Conduct due-diligence and analysis on potential investments to assess financial metrics and growth potential.
- Study the Accounts/Portfolio put up for sale by various financial institutions like banks, NBFCs, etc.
- Complying with acquisition procedures and preparation of various documents such as Assignment Agreements, Offer Documents, Trust Deeds etc.
- Identifying key risks and mitigants associated with the investment opportunity arising from due diligence.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance for respective portfolio Trusts.
- Post acquisition formalities including document handover.
Preferred Candidate:
- MUST HAVE experience of credit/stressed assets in ARC / Banks / NBFC / Investment Banking / M&A Advisory.
- Financial analysis - analytical / presentation skills
- Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel
