Business Development / Account Manager
Location - Bangalore (5 Days work from office)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and close deals with potential customers
- Build relationships, networking and do stakeholder management.
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities for the company's software offerings
- Develop and implement strategies for pursuing these opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including current and prospective customers, partners and suppliers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IBUs, marketing and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, and share insights and recommendations with the leadership team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software business development, account management, sales or a related field
- Strong track record of successfully pursuing and closing new business deals
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
