DESIGNATION: Business Developer ( Preferably Female Candidate )

Summary: We are looking for the primary role of the Business Developer who is to prospect for new clients by networking, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients. They must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
2. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
3. Research and build relationships with new clients.
4. Working closely with Technology and Operations teams for project execution.
5. Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that caters to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
6. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. - Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
7. Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
8. Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities.
9. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction along with inter departmental coordination for file closure
CANDIDATE PROFILE AND QUALIFICATION:

2 Never say die attitude, bundle of positivity and always on lookout for bigger responsibilities.
3 Tech savvy and quick learner. Looking to innovate and improvise all the time.
4 Aptitude to grasp information and knowledge every day, all the time.
5 Skills to identify the client's stated and unstated needs.
6 Penchant for exploring the unexplored.
7 Graduate, Preferably MBA.
8 Female, Preferably single.
9 Own means of commuting within the city.
10 3-8 years of experience, preferably in Loyalty Profile.
11 Pleasing personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
12 A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
13 Salary no bar for suitable candidate.
