- Potential Development of the new markets.
- Prospect and pitch to potential new clients and establish robust pipeline of business opportunities
- Full Customer Lifecycle Management: Target Identification, Qualification, Analyzing Opportunity, Competitive Landscape, Strategize Closure & Customer Satisfaction
- Source for potential clients by scanning and identifying potential business opportunities on multiple platforms and thorough networking.
- Responsible for end to end approach: staring from cold call or initial meeting to quotation making or delivering the services.
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
- Preparing service contracts; following company rules and guidelines
- Translating the broad strategic objectives into specific tactical plans and the swift execution of the same to meet the annual revenue targets.
- Organise pre-proposal strategy sessions - (e.g. Win themes; SWOTS and Competitor Assessments).
