Job Description:
- Deep understanding of Executive Search, Recruitment, Staffing and RPO's in IT industry.
- Growing and Managing P&L size top line and growing profitability YOY
- Maintaining great client relationships and consistent wallet share growth via farming and account management.
- Expertise in client Management, Stakeholder management and Strong Business Development acumen, along with experience in managing Recruitment.
- Responsible to generating Gross Margin and Revenue at top level.
- Passion to succeed, high energy levels, making things happen, street smart.
- Analyses the company's financial statements and other indicators of performance in order to assess standing and financial position.
- Determines ways to reduce costs, increase revenues, and improve overall company performance.
- Engages in high-level negotiations to generate lucrative contracts or build beneficial relationships with companies and individuals
- Updates the company's executives and CEO on organizational finances, operations, and progress toward goals
- Provide Inspiration to the team, lead by example, demand and command performance, good at negotiations
- Understand business nuances, finances, budgeting, tech savvy.
- With Customers/Clients, stakeholders, connect with team.
- Provides strategic direction by developing short-term and long-term financial and operational goals.
- Works on client retention and strategize the internal and external revenue.
- Get involved with other executive colleagues and departmental managers to implement plans and policies throughout the organization.
