Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst/Data Analyst to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining processes, managing systems, and providing analytical support to enhance the efficiency of our procurement operations. Additionally, this individual will lead the implementation of Zendesk across all teams, manage the current procure-to-pay system Precoro, and incorporate AI/ML capabilities to optimize customer support processes

- Responsibilities:. Process Optimization:. Collaborate with the procurement team to identify areas for process improvement

- Implement lean processes to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs

- Data Analysis:. Analyze procurement data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

- Provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making within the procurement team.

- Systems Management:. Oversee the procurement systems and ensure their effective operation. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any system issues

- Report Generation:. Develop and run reports to provide visibility into procurement performance.

- Create customized reports based on stakeholder requirements. Evaluate vendor performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Training and Documentation:. Develop training materials for procurement processes. Provide training to team members and maintain up-to-date process documentation

- Zendesk Implementation:. Lead the rollout of Zendesk across all teams to enhance email management and automation.. Monitor email traffic, identify patterns, and implement solutions for improved efficiency. Introduce AI/ML capabilities to handle level 1 queries through Zendesk's knowledge base articles

- Precoro Procure-to-Pay System Management:. Manage and optimize the current procure-to-pay system, Precoro, ensuring seamless operation. Incorporate all spend categories into Precoro for comprehensive procurement tracking. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and align the system with organizational needs.

- User Communication and Training:. Communicate system updates, changes, and enhancements to stakeholders and end-users.. Develop and conduct training sessions to ensure better user adoption of Zendesk and Precoro.. Provide ongoing support and assistance to users for both systems

- Continuous Improvement:. Regularly assess the performance of Zendesk and Precoro, identifying areas for improvement.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and ensure system optimization.. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative solutions

- Qualifications:. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.. Familiarity with procurement processes and best practices.. Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.. Experience in implementing and managing Zendesk or similar customer service platforms.

- Familiarity with AI/ML integration for customer support processes.. Proven track record in managing end-to-end procurement systems, preferably Precoro.

- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

- Additional Requirements:. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

- Strong project management skills.. Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus..
