Title - Business Customer Success Manager
Salary - upto 20 LPA
Location- Bengaluru
The person will be responsible for the following:
- Drive customer engagement using the digital and non-digital channels available
- Responsible for retention of customers (avoiding churn of customers)
- Leverage cross-sell & up-sell opportunities using the appropriate digital and non-digital channels available
- Own targets related to retention (% participation, Withdrawal, % Attrition) and business from existing customers (AUM, Ticket size)
- Work closely with the customer facing teams to drive the desired customer experience: Involves training, monitoring and measurement
- Identify opportunities & solutions for this customer segment basis data science and customer behaviour understanding
The ideal candidate will have
Experience, Skills and Attributes
- 3-5 years of relevant experience working in a business role (preferably from BFSI)
- Problem solving mindset with analytical skills
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project and stakeholder management
