Number of people supervised: 15+

- To take inputs from Business Heads for planning & designing process improvements, From Support heads for improving better execution and delivery of their functional deliverables in the business.

- Managing processes which includes designing, improvement, maintenance for Sales, Advisory, Products, Operations, HR & Marketing team.

- Planning which includes Budgeting, MIS, Analysis.

- Managing new projects, Drive the projects for business efficiency,Expansion,Customer queries, Core Operations with timelines.

Candidate Profile:

- Should take care of HR, Marketing and Quality of processes.

- Six Sigma black qualification will be an added advantage.
