About our Client: Our client is a European MNC in the manufacturing sector established over 100 years back. They have their operations in over 60 countries with 40000+ employees worldwide. They are looking for a Business Controller to handle the profitability of a particular BU.

Job Description: As Business Controller, you will be reporting into the Regional Controller and have 1 person reporting into you.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparation of annual budgets with analysis of the external environment and internal business drivers

- Preparation of monthly rolling forecasts

- Variance analysis of actual performance vs planned performance and timely reporting

- Preparation of MIS Reports

- Improving internal efficiencies and driving cost management initiatives

- Monitoring and management of Working Capital in accordance with planned spends

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a chartered accountant or MBA with 3-7 years of post-qualification work experience.

- You have previous work experience of handling financial planning and analysis in the FMCG sector.

- You have knowledge of working on SAP as a user (preferable MM & CO-PA).

- You come across as professionally mature and have excellent stakeholder management skills.
