About our Client - Our client is a global multi national in the Healthcare space. Having established their operations over half a decade back in India, they have their own manufacturing facilities and are looking at recruiting key talent for their corporate office.

Job Description - Reporting into CFO, your responsibilities will include:

- Building a highly motivated and proactive team

- Provide leadership and technical expertise in implementing and executing the most appropriate policies and controls critical to the business.

- Build up proper Performance Management system to monitor and drive performance of various departments and suggest measures/partner to identify opportunities for improving financial performance.

- Meeting reporting requirements and provide management with commentary in the form of Executive Management Reporting system and ensuring completeness, accuracy and timeliness of Management Accounting and reporting

- Proving Decision support information and financial backups to management processes.

- Facilitate and guide sites in period and financial closings and review all outstanding items on a regular basis.

- Monitoring and identifying opportunities for reduction of operating working capital management.

- Developing and monitoring operational and cash flow budgets/plans

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA ( First Attempt) with 8-13 years of experience within the industry. You should have at least 7 years of experience within the Pharmaceutical/ FMCG industry with sound knowledge in Business Finance. You have done your schooling from Delhi/Mumbai/Bangalore
