About our Client - Our client is a leading American Multinational on the fortune 100 companies in the pharmaceutical space, they have been growing at 20% YOY with a top line in India in excess of 5000 crores. With strong expansion plans in India and establishing further manufacturing setups they are currently looking out for a Business Controller to support robust expansion plans.

Job Description - Reporting into the Group CFO and the Business Head your responsibilities will be:

- Drive strategic decisions and formulate long term business plans

- Reporting the daily SKU-wise sales for all the business divisions

- Analyze operational results based on key drivers and support management in new business acquisitions

- Lead the budgeting and planning process by providing key inputs to various stakeholders

The Successful Candidate - You are a Chartered Accountant with 8 to 12 years of post qualification experience working in an FMCG/Pharmaceutical or chemicals business. You should have developed financial models, working in SAP and business plans in your previous role preferably in a manufacturing company. You should have strong business acumen coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.
