About our Client: Our client is a giant in the healthcare industry, with rapid expansion plans not only in India but globally as well - they are looking to double their turnover in the next 2 years. For this reason, they are currently looking for a second in line for their Group CFO to be based out of their India HQ, who will be responsible for strategic direction of the company.

Job Description: Reporting into CFO, the Business Controller is required to coordinate & consolidate the budgeting and reporting process, report business performance, carry out product profitability analysis for the BU in India. Leading the business planning and financial control function.

- Evaluating long term capex investments and making decisions on the strategic business direction

- Partnering closely with sales, commercial and supply chain teams to drive the day to day operational strategy and ensure profitability and viability of the business over the longer horizon

- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting and annual operating plans for the business.

- Driving Commercial Excellence by providing the commercial Support to new and existing businesses and Projects

- Support and lead all M&A activities the Group pursues in the future

- Working closely with the promoters to drive business growth

- Team development and succession planning for the India Finance team

- In addition to the above you must have prior experience in Accounting, Taxation and credit control function in order to look at the next level in the company

The Successful Candidate:

- You must be a Chartered Accountant with 14 - 18 years experience in a business partnering role with a leading Healthcare, Retail or a Hospitality giant.

- Also, you should have experience in promoter driven set up ideally over 2500 cr + (Service Industry) and should have also worked in managing finances of a Listed company as well as M&A.

- You should be a natural leader with extensive team management background and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
